On weekdays, I am mostly doing social run with runners I meet on the trail. Sunday is the only time in a week I do quality training.<BR/><BR/>Agree with you on the speed improvement. I do miss those days of interval speedwork. I planned to do it between Sequoia 50K and RA. However, I was bothered with ankle injuries, so had to go for gentle distance training. I am another Fremont ultrarunner, but am pretty new to the distances as I've only been at it less than a year. I was also at the Fremont Fat Ass 50K, but we didn't really get to meet.
